1. We put your home on
the local Multiple Listing Service – This is where
most buyers will find your home. As 80% of buyers use an
agent when buying a home, it is absolutely essential that
you are on the local MLS if you are serious about selling your
home. You are listed in the MLS via our laptop computer before we leave your home.
Through this real estate database, over 20,000 real estate agents and their
buyers will know your home is for sale, get a detailed
description of the property, see multiple photographs of your home,
and know exactly what real estate commission you are willing to
pay a real estate agent to bring you a buyer – usually
3.5% of the sales price*. And because of the savings
on the listing side, you can get aggressive and offer 4% to the
buyer's agent if you choose! We take
pride in the way we list your property on the MLS. We meticulously
fill in every blank to make sure that your listing is pulled
and shown when a buyer’s agent's search criteria matches your
property’s features. We also add six or more photos to the listing
so that agents can see more features of your home.

benefits of being listed,

5. All other
real estate companies’ websites – Your ad will
appear on most large company and individual agent websites that
search the MLS. Your home will appear courtesy
of May Realty. Don't be fooled by other

6. "For Sale By Owner" website
– Most agents limit their internet marketing to the MLS
and a basic ad on Realtor.com. We don't care how your buyer
finds you, so we encourage you to continue your "For Sale By Owner" efforts. We want you to advertise your property on all the various "By Owner" websites.

metal yard sign – We supply you with a standard real estate
sign with a professional finish. Our signs sport a very conservative
logo that does not bring attention to the fact that you have a

8. Seller’s
Property Disclosure – It is required by Georgia and South Carolina law
that you provide this property disclosure. We also supply
